A frontier LLM, running under my desk.
A hybrid system I designed and run end-to-end — self-hosted where it matters, cloud where it helps. A frontier LLM lives on two NVIDIA GB10 boxes under my desk and a Raspberry-Pi cluster runs the platform, while a Nomad federation reaches into cloud VMs across three continents. All GitOps-managed, watched by its own Grafana stack, and published outbound-only so nothing here is reachable directly.
